The larger villas have a pool of their own (some with heating available at extra cost) and some are sited directly on the cliffs with breathtaking views of the ocean. All the amenities of the various clubs are open to all guests at Carvoeiro, so shops, bars and eateries are to hand, along with discounts at the two courses of the Pestana Golf resort, the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, the Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis, a fully equipped fitness centre as well as a Children’s Club at nearby Paraiso Country Club.
